Celebrating and nurturing DE&I
Recognising that creating a culture of inclusion requires communication and education, IHG provides unconscious bias training for all corporate colleagues and managed hotel GMs across our Americas and EMEAA regions.
Colleagues are also encouraged to engage in events and listening sessions to celebrate key dates in the calendar to help us grow together as an organisation.
Harnessing the power of our employee networks
Our employee networks are voluntary, employee-led groups that promote workplace diversity. Providing members with connections and support, they host events throughout the year, with their activities shining a light on the value of inclusion and giving the business a valuable voice.
